FIRST QUARTER (April-June 2021) ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

  1. The conduct of virtual re-echo of Covid-19 School Contingency Plan including the new School DRRM Organization to discuss their roles and responsibilities through Google Meet on April 12, 2021. All teachers attended the said activity and presided by the DRRM Coordinator.

2. Conduct the Learner’s Health

    Monitoring through Google Forms

     started on April 5, 2021. This will

    be done weekly. The DRRM   

    Coordinator also conducts calls 

     and text to validate the data

      gathered. 

3rd Quarter NSED 2021

Loma Elementary School conducted the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) for the compliance to the DM No. 365, s 2021 also known as the Corrigendum to Division Memorandum No. 345, s.2021 RE: Reiteration of the Participation to the 2021 3rd Quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) Activities released on September 15, 2021. 

 

 The drill was conducted on September 16, 2021 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning through the Facebook streaming of Pressing the Button Ceremony conducted by the National Civil Defense, learners, parents/guardians, teaching and non-teaching personnel were joined in streaming at 8:00 o’clock in the morning. The 510 learners and parents, 23 teaching personnel and 4 non-teaching personnel were actively participated and performed the Duck, Cover and Hold phase at home and workplace, the evacuation phase was not conducted due to strict restriction of health protocols.
