Loma Elementary School

The school teaching and non-teaching staff conducted virtual meeting as preparation for the distribution of the Radio given by the LGU of Binan City. The radios that were given are solely intended for the education of the pupils. We selected pupils that don’t have any way to access internet or they have poor signal in their area.

With the help of our School Head, Property Custodian and Learning Resources Coordinator, they all team up for the orientation, distribution and signing of MOA. In our last meeting we came up to have limited face to face orientation wherein there were only 12-13 parent/guardian in each session. Our School Head together with the LR Coordinator are in charged in discussing the use of the radio and other matter, our Property Custodian is in charged for the question-and-answer portion if ever the parents/guardians have question. We conducted to 2 days limited face to face orientation for the recipients of the radio. We have planned 7 sessions in total for the said activity but there are some parents who can’t go to school during the orientation due to their work that’s why the adviser/LR coordinator oriented them. Our team oriented the parents the purposed why the radio was given to them and other matters. As a practiced for the safety of each and every one, we follow the one-meter social distancing. Our ADA sanitized and do fogging every after session in the classroom that we used.
